Bow View reimburses 3 coaches/team/season.

CSI, CI, CI Evaluation & MED (the $30 version or less only) offered through Ringette Alberta are the only eligible courses for reimbursement.

Bow View does NOT reimburse for Coach Initiation in Sport e-module, Police Checks (vouchers are provided if requested in advance and you are a City of Calgary resident) or the Managers Course.

Coaches will only be reimbursed for the courses that are required for the age division and tier they are currently on the team roster for. It is the responsibility of each Coach to ensure they are taking the correct courses.

When you have completed your courses please send ONE email with all receipts to admin@bowviewringette.com with the following:

• subject line "Reimbursement, First and Last Name, Team Code & Team Name"

  (ie. Reimbursement, Daffy Duck, U12B-3 Impact)

• Indicate the email address you would like your e-transfer reimbursement sent to

• attach ALL receipts in one email (see example of the type of receipt required -PayPal)

• Course confirmation emails or screenshots of credit card bank transactions will not be accepted in place of an official receipt.

Courses are specific to age divisions- if you coach on more than one team please specify the team you are requesting reimbursement for.

Reimbursements will be processed by e-transfer late January once course completion has been confirmed by Ringette Alberta. Reimbursements will also be processed once a month in February, March and April.

All requests for reimbursement must be received no later than March 31 of the current season.
