Payment

• Payment is due upon application and can be e-transferred to jingle.ring@bowviewringette.com

Refunds

• Teams withdrawing prior to September 25, 2026 will receive a full refund

• Teams withdrawing on or after September 25, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund- NO EXCEPTIONS

• Teams not accepted will receive a full refund upon notification

Format

• Each team will play 3 round robin games and 1 playoff game. All teams must be available to play their first game at 8:00am, Friday, November 19, 2026

Hotels

• Our tournament is a stay and play. Hotels have been secured within a similar price range, located in the SE quadrant of Calgary, with access to parking, pools and breakfast included. Hotel information will be provided upon acceptance.Teams will be required to block their rooms within a short time frame or their acceptance may be revoked.
